Mahesh Govindaraaj – Managing Director

With over 22 years of experience in real estate, he is the Managing Director of Zmart Bharat, a company he has successfully led for the past 12 years. Under his leadership, the business has expanded into film distribution and mining import/export, reflecting a strong vision and strategic growth.

Kaviya Venugopal – Director (Operations)

With over 12 years of experience as Director at Zmart Bharat, she has led with vision and strategic growth. She also serves as Managing Director of Hridhayam, a film production company, combining creative leadership with strong business expertise across industries.

Future Plan:

Zmart Bharat plans to expand across key cities and adopt smart housing technologies to enhance customer value. We aim to launch our IPO within the next five years to support long-term growth and transparency.
